- Respondent administration, upload of your list, and email
invitations ($250 value)
- Raw data download delivered to you in Microsoft Excel or .csv/.txt
file for further analysis
- Access to online frequency, distribution and verbatim comments

- Total value is $1,850. Your price: $500. You save $1,350.
Option 3
- A combination of selected items from both Option 1 and Option
2, above, provided the total value does not exceed $2,000.00
- Other options are available and can be added to your package
at heavily discounted rates (please call to discuss)
What We Ask Of You
In exchange for the heavily-discounted, value added package of
services we provide to you, we ask for the following support upon
completion of your project:
- Testimonial – a one or two paragraph assessment, and
optional recommendation (if you can give one honestly)
- Case Study – a 500 word essay describing the details
of your project (e.g., purpose, methodology, findings)
- Mention Hostedware or Hosted Survey in publications produced
as a result of your project
- Link to
in web-based publications produced as a result of your project
- Include a tiny, very discreet "Powered by Hostedware"
link at the bottom of your survey questionnaire
- Grant permission for Hostedware to use your testimonial and
case study on our web site, newsletter and marketing materials
- Provide a verbal reference, up to two times, if requested
by Hostedware
If desired, and mutually agreed, we will also consider hosting
or linking from our web site directly to your completed thesis
material - if published, referenced, or otherwise available on
the Internet. This could be an opportunity for you to receive
additional exposure for your work.
